Yuck ’N Yum launch at HMC this Friday
Yuck 'N Yum, a Dundee based art collective who promote and distribute up and coming artists throughout Scotland, will be launching the next edition of their zine at a party at Abertay's Hannah Maclure Centre (HMC) this Friday evening (17th July).
The quarterly zine showcases the work of local visual artists. This is the first time that the zine has been produced in partnership with the HMC, illustrating the HMC’s commitment to the local cultural scene.
The launch event, which starts at 8pm, is sure to be a top evening with Randan Discotheque serenading guests on the rooftop terrace and DJ Bob taking a trip down memory lane with his Cassette Hour. Stephen Bloe and friends will keep the tempo upbeat with their DJ sets.
Previously Yuck 'N Yum have had funding from the Dundee Visual Artist Award. For more information visit www.yucknyum.com
